What is CYEE?

CYEE is an acronym for Community Youth Education and Empowerment and aims to bring power to the youths by empowering them with education and vital resources for growth and development.

Education is power, and lack of it brings backwardness, crime, and stagnation. We must bridge the gap between these divides. The goal of CYEE is to educate and empower the youths in low-income and impoverished communities who lack schools and other basic infrastructures.

CYEE will achieve her goals through appeals to donors and grant writing. CYEE will partner with charitable organizations, churches, and people of goodwill.

Future plans

  • We are expecting not less than 1000 people from the community to show up for the free medical checkup and intervention. Unfortunately, only 400 people would be seen during the mission. CYEE sees its mission of ensuring good health as a necessary condition for a meaningful life.

  • Community Youth Education Empowerment, INC (CYEE) has one principal aim: establishing and building a school for the young people of the Eyokwong community and its environment. With a good education, young people's future will be guaranteed.

  • CYEE will also ensure that those who are not academically inclined will not be ignored. Hence, CYEE will build a Skill Acquisition Center that will make provisions for tailoring salons, hairdressing salons, carpentry shops, welding schools, computer laboratories, and animal husbandry. The youths will be trained in the above skills, and all things being equal, they will be given startup money to help them establish their own business and thereby be empowered to live a decent life.
